STILL NOT SURE

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you guarantee visa approval?

No. No legitimate consultant can guarantee visa outcomes. Visa decisions are made solely by immigration authorities based on their assessment criteria. What we provide is strategic guidance to submit the strongest possible application, assess refusal risks before submission, and advise on improving your profile. We are honest about your chances and will tell you if we believe an application is unlikely to succeed.

Can I travel with my dependants (spouse/children)?

This depends entirely on the destination country, your course level, and the institution. Yes countries like the UK, Australia and New Zealand currently allow dependants. During your strategy call, we assess your family situation and recommend countries and programmes that align with your family relocation goals.

How much funds do I need to study abroad?

We provide detailed cost breakdowns during your assessment review but the starting figure is £20,000-£30,000 for both tuition fee and accommodation per year.

Do you help with post-study work planning?

Yes. This is central to our approach. We select countries and programmes based not only on admission requirements but also post-study work availability, job market conditions, and long-term settlement potential. We plan backwards from your ultimate goal, whether that is returning home with experience, building a career abroad, or permanent settlement.

How long does the entire process take?

Timelines vary by destination and intake. For the UK with the 24hr fast track visa for some candidates visa processing times can be as quick as 24hrs.

For all other destinations Generally, allow 2 to 6 months for a well-structured application, and 6 to 12 months for complex cases or competitive programmes. We recommend starting at least 6 months before your intended intake. During your assessment, we provide a realistic timeline based on your situation.

Do I need IELTS or other English tests?

Most English-speaking destinations require proof of English proficiency. This could be IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or Duolingo, depending on the country and institution. Some universities accept alternatives, especially for students from English-medium education backgrounds. We advise you on the most appropriate test based on your target destinations.

Can you help if I have a previous visa refusal?

Previous refusals do not automatically disqualify you, but they require careful handling. We assess the reason for refusal, review the case, and advise on whether reapplying is sensible and how to strengthen your application. In some cases, additional documentation or a change of strategy is required. We provide honest advice about your chances.

What documents do I need to get started?

To begin your assessment, you need basic information about your education history, work experience, and financial situation. Full documentation usually includes transcripts, certificates, bank statements, passport, CV, and any previous visa decisions. We provide a complete checklist specific to your chosen pathway.

How do I know which country is right for me?

This depends on your goals, budget, family situation, academic background, and risk tolerance. Our free assessment and strategy call are designed to help you understand which destinations align with your circumstances. We do not push particular countries. We recommend what makes strategic sense for your specific situation.
